Some Activity description Markdown files contained images with hard-coded or undefined widths, leading to overflow and clipping inside the description modal/page.
This PR introduces post-render CSS rule for images to enforce responsive sizing and prevent layout breakage.
P.S. This issue was discovered while working on fitting the rendered description Markdown in a table's cell in PR #495.
